In 2006, I entered this black&white image of my then 14 month new daughter to a photo competition for 'N' The Magazine of Naples. Unfortunately, I was not selected as part of the winning crew of photographers to be published in the winners circle of the magazine. However! The editor of 'N' Magazine contacted me and said that while they were sorry they could not include me in the upcoming winners feature for that contest, I was asked if it would be cool with me to feature my image on a full-page(!) of their magazine under their Nspired' feature page! I was elated and of course immediately sent over the hi-res image, of which is titled "Degas Mia" and the very next month it was published, in their September issue.
